As well as feedback collection, management and analysis we also support firms with a range of marketing consultancy including Branding and Communications.

We’ve supported organisations of all sizes and sectors across the UK since 2024.

Evosa provides three marketing specialisms – Customer Experience (CX), Branding and Communications.

CX is about adapting your ways of working around your customers. We’ll help you map your key journeys to review what’s going well and how you’re meeting expectations. This means you can make the improvements required to keep existing customers happy, and gain new ones along the way. If you’re not yet collecting customer feedback we can help you get started, choose the right channels & platforms and putting internal processes in place to manage and analyse the results. If you’re already getting reviews, surveys and user behaviour data we will help you break down the results to understand what customers are saying. We’ll identify your strengths and target areas for improvement – putting you in touch with the right suppliers if you have the need and budget.

Your brand is your front door to the world and you only get one chance to make a good first impression. If you’re just starting out we’ll help you plan your brand – from the logo and colour palette through to website and sales support materials. We’ll put a marketing strategy in place to ensure a consistent impression and tone of voice which you can train out across your organisation. For more established organisations who already have branding in place, we can help you understand if it is working and supporting your commercial goals. We provide the external pair of eyes and industry best practice to ensure your marketing is deliberate, effective and scalable.

We’ll review your customer journey, looking at the key moments of truth for your stakeholders and ensure these are covered by well-written, engaging comms that drive the action you need. If you’re still sending physical post, we work with the leading comms management solution to digitise your process and deliver big cost savings.

We also offer training, staff incentives and event speaking amongst other services.

We go beyond the traditional consultancy approach to get involved in your daily processes, implement solutions and train your team so you’re never reliant on us. We understand you may only need to work with us on an initial basis, so if an assessment and external pair of eyes is all you need or you have a seasonal or event-based need we’ll value your custom just the same. Our longer-term clients benefit from accessing expert marketing support from just £300 per month with our flexible retainer packages.

Everything we build is bespoke to you. We look at your organisation size, your goals and your budgets, making use of existing tools like Microsoft Office and Google Suite rather than relying on expensive solutions. We’re pragmatic and grounded, we’ll give our honest advice and respect the decisions and directions you want to take.

Our aim is to be a genuine value-added partner in the growth of your business, so that we always leave our clients in a stronger position than when they first began working with us. When our clients succeed so do we, and as feedback specialists we practice what we preach in collecting views throughout the process to deliver excellent business support now and in the future.

We deliver consultations and implementations either in-person or via calls, whichever suits our clients. Our research is conducted remotely and we often liaise via email, with a flexible approach to suit each client or project.

After an initial conversation around how we can support your organisation, we’ll send you a quote for our work which will detail all deliverables and pricing. If you’re happy to proceed you’ll then receive our client service agreement, and once this is signed and returned we’ll get straight to work.

As well as consultations, implementations and training we also offer staff incentives and the ability to have our founder Mark speak at your event – all of which are delivered in person.
